INFORMATION COMPLYING WITH LAW ARTICLE 675 OF 31.12.1996 “PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND OTHERS RELATIVE TO USE OF PERSONAL DATA”

Protection of personal data privacy, i.e. of email addresses received, represents a primary commitment for CityRailways.
In accordance with Law 675/96 CityRailways declares the following:
1. The person responsible for collecting and treating data is Claudio Brignole, the editor.
2. Data collection (of email addresses sent for registration) is performed to send a regular electronic newsletter, access to the forum, sending of paper material related to CityRailways and management and billing for subscription services.
3. All information collected and email addresses received shall under no condition be given to third parties for sending unwanted messages.
4. Newsletters are sent in “blind carbon copy” (BCC): no reader will see the address of another user.
5. There are no other recipients for the information collected. Email addresses collected for registration are kept and used on an external hard disk by the person responsible for collecting and dealing with CityRailways data.
6. All registered users can cancel their subscription to the newsletter in any moment by writing to info-at-cityrailways.net
7. Registration and access to CityRailways content and data are a de facto permission to deal with data following the modes indicated above.
